Since 2018, Guapo Marlz has been shaping his own sound and identity in the underground as a rapper, DJ, producer and entrepreneur. His music blends raw UK Rap with punk-tinged emo rock, combining hard-hitting lyricism, dark melodic undertones, and gritty sonic textures. The result is a raw, unfiltered sound, rooted in the streets of East London and shaped by the struggles, grit, and resilience of the communities that raised him.

As a producer, he records, mixes and shapes his tracks with full creative control, giving his music a distinct depth and texture. As a DJ, he focuses on UK Rap, Drill, Trap and Hip Hop, where he's played sets at some of the country’s most notable venues, including O2 Academy Bristol, Lakota and Phonox.

Beyond music, Guapo Marlz is building a strong entrepreneurial presence. He is the founder of Trapanomics, an underground rap events brand which originated in Bristol and is now expanding into London. Trapanomics hosts high-energy live shows and showcases that spotlight emerging UK Rap, Drill, Trap, and Hip Hop artists, while building networks and opportunities for independent talent and fostering a sense of community within the scene.

He is also the founder of Guapo - a socially innovative Ed-Tech platform supporting young people from underrepresented backgrounds into apprenticeships and career pathways. Guapo's mission is to disrupt the status quo around access to opportunities in the UK and equip young people with the tools, networks, and guidance needed to revolutionise social mobility for the next generation.
